My name is Madeleine Anna Malmberg, a 19 year old girl from Norway. I've had the incredible opportunity to participate in various roles within the Norwegian film industry, being a part of 5 distinct Norwegian film productions. I started my journey as a background actor in "Skjelvet" (The Quake) in 2018 and continued to contribute my presence as a background actor in the NRK series "22. juli" (July 22) in 2019.
My passion and dedication led me to a more substantial role in the film "Som før" (Like Before) in 2022, where I had a supporting role that allowed me to immerse myself in the world of acting. The experience only deepened as I took on a smaller role in "Ingen vei tilbake" (No Way Back) in 2023 and a supporting role in the film "Disrespect" in the same year.
In addition to my work in films, I've also lent my talents to several Norwegian advertising campaigns, contributing to the world of commercials and expanding my horizons within the industry.
Currently, I hold the title of 3rd runner up Miss Norway 2023, which has opened doors for me to compete in some of the world's largest international beauty pageants, drawing millions of viewers. As a model, I've been fortunate to work on various projects in Norway, Sweden, Poland, and Tanzania, accumulating over 40 photoshoots in total.
I am proud to have established partnerships and ambassadorships with four esteemed organizations: Maiti Nepal, Mamluks, Pure Nordic Water, and the Cosmetic Glue Company. These collaborations have allowed me to engage in meaningful work and give back to the community.
One of the highlights of my journey was being selected to host the annual charity gala for the international humanitarian organization Maiti Nepal in Marbella, Puerto Banus in September 2023. This opportunity to contribute to such a noble cause was both humbling and fulfilling.
Beyond my on-screen endeavors, I've also showcased my creativity by writing and choreographing two revues. My talents extend to music as well, having played the violin for 7 years, the cello for 1 year, and teaching myself to play the guitar. My love for performing arts is also reflected in my 5 years of figure skating and 8 years of individual and acrobatic gymnastics training. I've shared my singing talents on numerous stages across Norway.
Recently, I received an incredible offer to study acting at Royal Holloway University in London, coupled with a future leadership scholarship. While this is a remarkable opportunity, I've decided to postpone my studies to 2024 to focus on nurturing my modeling and acting career, as they have become my true passion and calling. The journey has been exhilarating, and I am excited to see where it takes me next.
Kind regards
Madeleine Malmberg
